Friday The 13th (2009)

Here's the soundtrack for the recent remake of Friday The 13th. I must admit that I was skeptical about this movie going into it because I had seen all of the movies in the original series. This movie by no means was a cheap ripoff remake. The Jason in this movie was a cold-blooded mofo. I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw in this movie. Enjoy....

Trent: Where the fuck are you, going?
Jenna: Right now, I feel safer with him than I do with you.
Trent: You just dug your own grave, bitch.

Here's an anthology comprising of music from the first eight Fridays, which were released by Paramount Pictures. This is another fan-made effort because I haven't seen this one available in any of the retail outlets. Enjoy....

Officer Dorf: What you been smoking, boy?
Jack: Smoke? Don't smoke causes cancer.
Officer Dorf: You know what I mean! What, you just get off a spaceship or something? Come on, Coloumbian gold, man. Hash, the grass, the weed, dig it?
Officer Dorf: You kids keep your noses clean, you understand? You'll be hearing from me if you don't! We ain't gonna stand for any weirdness out here!

A Nightmare On Elm Street

This is one of my favorite all-time modern horror films. This has some great lines, innovative death scenes, and a killer with a sense of humor and a gift of great comic timing. This is a rip of my CD with the song "Nightmare", which played over the credits, added as a bonus track of sorts. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank "The Ripper" over at the Inferno Music Crypt for posting that one. Enjoy....

Ghost Story

Here's the score for 1981's "Ghost Story". This was a great adaptation of Peter Straub's classic novel. It's a great atmospheric thriller that doesn't rely on blood and guts to entertain. It will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout. This film is highly recommended by me. Enjoy.....

Rob Zombie Movie Soundtracks

Here are the soundtracks for Rob Zombie's three movies. This man truly has a sick and twisted vision (not that there's anything wrong with that). His films are truly ultra-violent and enjoyable for the blood and gore freaks out there. I did like his vision of "Halloween". I don't view it as a remake, but instead as his interpretation of John Carpenter's legendary 1978 masterpiece. Enjoy....

Captain Spaulding: Howdy Folks! You like blood? Violence? Freaks of nature? Well then, come on down to Captain Spaulding's Museum of Monsters and Mad-Men. See the Alligator Boy, ride my famous Murder Ride. Most of all, don't forget to take home some of my tasty fried chicken! Ha ha! It just tastes so damn good!

Captain J.T. Spaulding: I'm gonna have to be taking your car today. See I have some top secret clown business that supersedes any plans that you might have for this here vehicle.
[mutual laughter]
Susan: What's that about clown business?
[laughs nervously]
Captain J.T. Spaulding: [pause] Do I stutter, bitch?

Inside every one us, there exists a dark side. Most people rise above it, but some are consumed by it. Until there is nothing left, but pure evil.

The Abominable Dr. Phibes

I was sitting and watching "The Abominable Doctor Phibes" the other day and remembered when I saw it at the drive-in as a three year old Horrorphile. It was at the old and long gone Sky-Hi Drive-In, which was located at Harlem & Irving Park Road in Chicago. It was great since it was my first exposure to a horror movie on the big screen. You can't beat the image of a guy removing his face and turning into a walking skull. Enjoy this long out of print gem......

Texas Chainsaw Massacre Trilogy

I was sitting back and thinking about the good old days when I got my first VCR. The thing was a huge monster. It was so primative. It was so primative in the fact that it's remote was connected to it by a wire. That sounds so wrong nowadays. The first movie I rented was something I kept hearing and hearing about but had never seen. I was so happy that I saw "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" for the first time. Here's the soundtracks for the first three chainsaw massacres. Enjoy.......
